So, I have signed up for another round of Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation. I am not overweight but for this program you don't have to be.
I am starting the pre-season tasks a little bit late as I was umming and ahhing about doing it. However, I had Mc Donalds for dinner tonight........ AND I ordered my wedding dress tonight. So, my main goal is to not have back fat when I get strapped into it. Along with the tuck shop lady arms.
So, My commitment to it is to maintain clean eating, attend the gym as many times as reasonable and keep going. I'll keep you updates

DeleteI have considered it, but since my bf plans and cooks our meals I'm not sure he'd want to use all the meal planning stuff. Would it still be worth it for the exercises? Or should I just sign up for the 1 million kilo challenge thing (the free one) instead?

DeleteI haven't ever met up with anyone in my area. I find they are all on the north shore for some reason. However I went to a Biggest loser event and met some of the people through the facebook group.
