I have this coming in the mail from ASOS.
Tracking says it is coming today.
After this I am going to try and buy only the essentials.
I should try and replace shopping with exercise.

However , M is going to do the 12wbt in the next couple of weeks.
I think I will do it with him to help motivate him and get those extra kilos that have crept in.
